Resilience involves the ability to bounce back from challenges and adversity. From work, to home, and even in our yoga practice, resiliency is key in order to continue to grow on our journeys.

Join Julie for this workshop to discuss the difference between resiliency, grit, and growth and how it shows up day to day. We’ll take time to reflect, flow, and how yoga can help us build up this resiliency muscle so that we can continue to thrive in our day to day lives.

  • Yoga mat
